Palermo and Catania two cities of two different colors by nature, Palermo is yellow because its raw material is tuff and Catania is black because its raw material is lava.

Catania, a UNESCO heritage site since 2013, is famous not only for the volcano for the Festa di Sant’Agata and for the pistachio of Bronte, Palermo, a UNESCO heritage site since 2015 is famous for the feast of Santa Rosalia and the Sicilian Cassata.

Palermo and Catania still quarrel over the name of a traditional dish Sicilian, is it called Arancina or Arancino?
